Stock merchandise: request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery or pickup and provide proof of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in original packaging. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method. Completed delivery fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return transportation.

Mattresses: returns are accepted only while factory-sealed and unopened. Opened mattresses are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, except for a verified defect or incorrect item. Clearance items specifically marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Approved refunds are generally processed by us within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected; card-issuer posting time may vary.

Before payment, we disclose the estimated timing, deposit and cancellation deadline in writing. Once the supplier confirms that production, customization or transfer has begun, a special order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except for a verified defect, transit damage or incorrect item. A cancellation made before supplier acceptance is eligible for a refund of amounts paid.

Free standard delivery to an accessible ground-floor entrance is available in San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties, with address eligibility confirmed before ordering. Special handling, assembly, delivery to other areas and the estimated date are stated in the order before payment. A redelivery charge may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the premises are inaccessible, the customer is unavailable, or measurements supplied by the customer are inaccurate.

Inspect merchandise at delivery and note visible damage or an incorrect item on the delivery receipt. Send photos and order information within 48 hours so we can coordinate repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. This notice period does not waive rights provided by applicable law or a written manufacturer warranty.

Inquiry information is used to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate orders and provide customer service. We do not sell personal information submitted through this site. Do not send payment card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.
