Divani Atelier LLC is a Southern California furniture and home furnishings retailer. We confirm requests by phone, email or inquiry form, provide a written order, and accept card payment in person through POS. This website does not provide online checkout.
Primary service area
San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties. Other Southern California ZIP codes are considered case by case. We confirm delivery availability after receiving the ZIP code.
Delivery charges
Delivery is not automatically free. Charges depend on ZIP code, item quantity and size, stairs or elevator access, handling requirements and requested assembly. The charge is stated in the quote before payment.
Stock & special orders
We sell both stocked merchandise and special orders. Before payment, we confirm item status, final specifications, estimated availability, deposit and applicable cancellation terms in writing. Special-order timing is subject to supplier confirmation.
Appointment & receipt
When merchandise is ready, we contact the customer to schedule a delivery date and window. An adult must be present to receive and inspect the merchandise and sign the delivery confirmation. Visible damage or an incorrect item should be noted on the receipt.
Placement & assembly
Curbside, threshold, room-of-choice placement and assembly are not included with every order. The service level and charge are stated in the written order. Customers must confirm doorway, hallway, stair and elevator measurements in advance.
Fulfillment records
Each order is supported by an itemized order, payment receipt, written quote and applicable delivery or pickup confirmation. Customers should retain these records for returns, warranty matters and customer service.

Customer policies
These policies apply to retail orders from Divani Atelier LLC. Your final order will identify the merchandise, price, delivery method and any applicable special-order terms.
Returns & refunds
Stock merchandise: request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery or pickup and provide proof of purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unassembled, undamaged and in original packaging. Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method. Completed delivery fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return transportation.
Mattresses: returns are accepted only while factory-sealed and unopened. Opened mattresses are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, except for a verified defect or incorrect item. Clearance items specifically marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
Approved refunds are generally processed by us within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected; card-issuer posting time may vary.
Special orders & cancellations
Before payment, we disclose the estimated timing, deposit and cancellation deadline in writing. Once the supplier confirms that production, customization or transfer has begun, a special order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except for a verified defect, transit damage or incorrect item. A cancellation made before supplier acceptance is eligible for a refund of amounts paid.
Delivery, inspection & damage
Our primary delivery area includes San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange counties; other Southern California locations are considered case by case. The delivery level, charge and estimated date are stated in the order before payment. A redelivery charge may apply if delivery cannot be completed because the premises are inaccessible, the customer is unavailable, or measurements supplied by the customer are inaccurate.
Inspect merchandise at delivery and note visible damage or an incorrect item on the delivery receipt. Send photos and order information within 48 hours so we can coordinate repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. This notice period does not waive rights provided by applicable law or a written manufacturer warranty.
Privacy & website terms
Inquiry information is used to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate orders and provide customer service. We do not sell personal information submitted through this site. Do not send payment card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information through the form.
This site does not offer online checkout. Collection names, images and prices illustrate style and guide pricing; they are not a guarantee of inventory, manufacturer relationship or final specifications. Final merchandise, specifications, total price, tax, delivery charge and timing are stated in the written order provided before payment.
